Absolutely false. Quite the contrary. The asian people has hemorroids as everybody else.

It is so easy to prove, just watch the many voyeur toilet hidden camera movies you can easily find in the internet and you will see how awful they can be and how frequent, considering these movies are taking at random times for random ladies.

Also, asian people that squat like that have these horrible deformed legs, because of staying so long in that ugly position every day. that is bad for the bones, and look really bad.

Hmmm.. LOL! Well I didn't know that such 'voyeur movies' made from cameras concealed in ladies squat toilets were available to view on the Internet, but intrigued that a voyeur such as yourself is quite happy to admit that he enjoys looking at such movies and obviously derives some kind of perverse sexual pleasure by viewing them. (Looking up inside lady's rectums... Say no more... Each to their own I guess - we're all different, some more different than most).

Anyway, I as a long-term (20+ years) sufferer of SERIOUS hemorrhoids can attest to the amazing effectiveness of this simple change in personal habit. I have been squatting to defecate for only 6 days and already there is NO PAIN, not itching, no blood at all and best of all: no (embarrassing and humiliating) mucous discharge which often soiled not only my underwear, but sometimes seeped right through and was visible on the back of my trousers... Sometimes a mix of blood and mucous. YUK!
The hemorrhoids are still present, but already notably smaller in size. I no longer use any ointments or suppositories, which gave little to no relief anyway. Also it now only takes me about 2 minutes to go compared to at least 15 and up to 35 minutes on a conventional sitting toilet.

Not that any of this really matters to you. It appears that you are not interested in whatever may, or may not affect your defecation comfort - your interest seems to be more focused on whatever those hidden cameras reveal to be inside the rectums of the women you see doing their business in a public toilet. Thanks to the incredible efforts of a fellow voyeur, that went to the trouble of firstly hiding a camera in such a toilet to record them in what SHOULD be their most private activities; then making whatever the camera recorded available to you and your 'like-minded peers' on the Internet.

Because an increasing number no longer use or have access to traditional squatting toilets.

On the other hand, there are Westerners who know the value of and practise squatting and don't get hemorrhoids.
