Sitting toilets are not the primary cause of incontinence.
The problem of incontinence stems mainly from a sexual deficiency mainly, with sitting toilets as a secondary factor.
Most people suffering from incontinence are women. The vast majority of these women fail to have orgasms on a regular basis. Orgasmic contractions, stimulate the same muscles that control the flow of urine, essentially giving these muscles a form of exercise that tone and tighten the muscles.
When women fail to have orgasms, even if they have sex on a regular basis, the muscles can become weak over time, and result in incontinence, and other issues relating to the pelvic floor.
